Payment
- No payment required for Booking. Make full payment upon check-in. All prices is in Singapore dollars.
- We accept Cash, NETS, Visa, Mastercard Payment.
- No refund after check in and payment
Check In & Check Out
- Check In time is 2pm and Check Out is 1pm daily.
- If you want to check out after 1.00pm you have to pay another half day
- All occupants must check in with their ID/Passport and valid Visa.
- For easy Check In please print out our comfirmation email.
- We don't show rooms, please find the room details here
Terms and Conditions
- We accepts male occupants only.
- No charges for cancellation or postponement, please inform us.
- We will charge you all room fees + costs if any, if you dont show up.
- Your booking will be cancel if you dont show up within 2 hours.
- FREE usage to the Gym, Steamroom, Sauna & Spa at Queen Resort
- We only Allow 3 months prior booking
